Secure Document Portal

Step 1: Use the "Get Started" button  above to email or call 352-536-9266 to get access to the link to create your profile. Please allow for 48 business hours to receive link

Step 2: You will receive an email from no-reply@securefilepro.com

Step 3: The email will provide you your username & a link to create your password. Click on the link. 

Step 4: Provide the last 4 digits of the PRIMARY Taxpayers social & create a password.

Step 5: The program will ask you to sign in with the username & the password you previously created. 

NOW YOU MAY BEGIN USING SECURE-FILE-PRO! 

Step 1: Sign-In to Secure-File-Pro

Step 2: In the top left hand corner, click on the button with the three lines

Step 3: Select Messenger

Step 4: Write your message in the "Write your message here..." box

BEGIN MESSAGING YOUR PREPARER! 

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. 

Step 1: Sign-In to Secure-File-Pro

Step 2: Click the drop down on the TO PREPARER box 

Step 3: Select the Upload button

Step 4: select Photo Library OR Take Photo or Video

WHEN TAKING PHOTO: (1) All 4 Corners must be included in photo (2) Must be clear and legible

Step 5: Select Use Photo 

Step 6: Select Upload *allow to load 100%* 

CJS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN DOCUMENT IS UPLOADED

Step 1: Sign-In to Secure-File-Pro

Step 2: Click the drop down on the TO PREPARER box 

Step 3: Select the Upload button

Step 4:  Select "Choose Files"

Step 5: Select your document & select the "Open" button

Step 6: Press Upload *allow to load to 100%*

CJS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN DOCUMENT IS UPLOADED 

Step 1: Sign-In to Secure-File-Pro

Step 2: Click the drop down on the FROM PREPARER box 

Step 3: Select the document you would like to open *document may have password- receive that from CJS*

Please remember electronic signature is only available if you have upload your tax documents

Step 1: Sign-In to Secure-File-Pro

Step 2: In the top left hand corner, click on the button with the three lines

Step 3: Select Sign Forms 

Step 4: Under "Documents Available to Sign" click inside of the yellow box 

Step 5: Begin Verification Questions 

Step 6: Sign in all signature boxes *hold down mouse when signing*
